Process Overview on Analysis of Shareholdings

Ø This is a process of collecting, segregating, analyzing, and publicizing the shareholding information over S & P Global Platform for the potential stakeholders who require the information for easy understanding of shareholdings patterns and structure.

Ø Collecting involves collecting the insider and major shareholders from various sources such as stock exchange announcement and publishing and from any reliable source of press releases.

Ø Segregating involves segregating the shareholders shareholdings such as insiders, major shareholders, public float and held in treasury shares.

Ø Analyzing the shareholdings such as increase/decrease of shareholdings in comparison with previous shareholdings collected and pattern of shareholdings trends over a period.

Ø Publicizing the collected data in lucid manner that are tailor made information in a lucid manner for the potential clients who subscribe and use the information.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ø Collecting the shareholdings from the various stock exchange sources and filings such as EDGAR (Filing like DEF 14 A, Form 3, 4 and 5 SC13D/G) for the US, Canadian stock exchange sources (SEDAR) and other stock exchange sources Filings as a part of Production.

Ø Reviewing the shareholdings information to classify the shareholdings such as major shareholders or insider who hold a position in the company or any derivative shareholders or held in treasury shares.

Ø Taking every care before publishing the shareholdings to make sure the information is accurately done in the form of Quality checks to ensure a quality output data for the clients.

Ø Ability to handle escalations and Queries and resolve complex process related queries raised by Clients.

Ø Providing Training and scrutinizing the performance of trainees effectively.

Ø Executing User Acceptance Testing for improvements and bug fixes.

Ø Assigning resources according to the business needs.

Ø Mentoring the team members.

Ø Formulating the yearly peak and strategizing resource allocation to fulfill the Service Level Agreements.

Ø Playing key role in Foreseer migration.

Ø Preparation of MIS reports/Health reports related to Quality.

Ø Played key role in MI insider trades migration.

Ø Proposed logics for different Quality Assurance reports related to the process of US-insiders collection.

Ø As a senior employee worked on different process related to ownership data.
