1. VAS Cloud Services:

Description: VAS Cloud provides various VAS enablers and service network integrators to offer message services (SMS, MMS, VMS and USSD). In addition, the VAS Cloud provides unified signaling access, charging and provisioning capabilities, which simplifies the network and reduces the service integration complexity. Value-added services are generally marketed as premium features and add-ons to basic core functions. They are used by telecommunications companies in order to stimulate demand for core services.

The infrastructure layer uses Gauss DB (database), Redis (cache), Kafka (message queue), and Kubernetes + Docker container deployment mode. Zookeeper for communication between high availability servers. Fusion Sphere Open Stack for VM/Storage/Network management.

Responsibility:

· Responsible for FRS (Functional requirement Specification) for New sales, Post sales

· Solution delivery responsibility and transferring the requirements & design to development team for the requirements gathered in

· Solution Analyst role in designing and effort estimation for the Client’s demands in the Delivery team.

· Scoping and external BRs in normal releases of IRs (Iteration Requirements).

· Support Hardware Installation and Virtualization, LLD & HLD design, Physical and logical network design and planning, Configuration

· Commissioning, Internal testing of VAS products, UAT and migration.

· E2E integration with various third-party network elements.

· Taken ownership for end-to-end integration lead and responsible for Integration solution from requirement gathering, scoping, IOT & UAT testing support until software launch & commercial cut over

2. Digital API Enabler Platform [ D-AEP] & Service Delivery Platform [SDP]:

Clients: bKash: Bangladesh; Orange: Egypt; MTN: Nigeria, Uganda; Smart: Philippines; Viva: Bahrein;

Description: Carriers use the D-AEP to open traditional telecom APIs, so that the APIs are fully available for use with Internet services and bring greater revenues. Users can use the telecom APIs with lower costs. Carriers use the DAEP to attract numerous API providers and consumers and gain revenues from their transactions. API providers sell their APIs on the D-AEP and promote their APIs under the DAEP brand. API consumers obtain API information from the D-AEP which supports quick app development.

The SDP provides the carriers to content providers (CPs) and service providers (SPs) in the Internet industry. It also provides the capabilities of integrating multiple networks and service fields, and service development and customization capabilities.

Role: Technical Director

Responsibility:

· Project plan, Communication matrix for 3rd party integrations

· Supporting onsite Hardware deployment, Fusion Sphere (Cloud Open Stack) deployment, Network Configuration, E2E solution deployment, Integration with 3rd parties, GDR deployment

· CRs discussions with Customer and transferring the requirements & design to development team

· ATP design, Functional and non-functional testing (performance test, security test), Issues handling, switch over testing, UAT with customer, Issues handling

· Migration solution design and scripts preparation, data migration, Solution launch

· Post Launch Support & Training Maintenance Team

· Handling critical upgrades in live system

· Offshore Projects management includes planning, risks/issues handling, Team Competency development, Automation

3. Universal Service Development Platform [ USDP]:

Clients: 110+ overseas clients, including Smart: Philippines; Ethio Telecom: Ethiopia; Orange telecom: France; Safari com: Kenya; Morocco Telecom: Morocco, True Move: Thailand, Nigeria Telecom: Nigeia; TIM: Brazil.

Description: USDP Universal service development platform is the core part of the CRBT application. USDP basically contains three modules like USER management, Charging and Resource management.

The USDP support rich set of protocol like HTTP, FTP, SMPP3.4 and SOAP so that end user request for subscription, RBT download and other operations from different interfaces like SMS, IVR, USSD, portal and WAP.

Role: Test Leader

Responsibility:

· Test Planning, Strategy and Reports for projects

· Reviewing Automation scripts, Test cases, ATP documents

· Test data management (Test cases, ATPs, Automation & Bug management)

· Manage end to end Test environment setup at Lab & make sure it is very close to LIVE

· Interacting with customer in case of any issues

· Performance test, Security Test, GDR test

· Test team competency improvement

· Writing Automation scripts and framework using GTR [TTCN3] for protocols like INTESS, SIP, SMPP, HTTP, SOAP, TCP provisioning.

· Auto Test execution on CI system daily basis, Make sure to reuse the scripts in other projects

· Automation Framework Preparation, script writing

· Manual Functional/ Non-functional test execution at Lab & LIVE

· Test analysis and design, preparing test schemas.

· Test Execution, report preparation/ review
