Facilitating training sessions; which covered V&A, Cross-cultural, and soft-skills. Creating and maintaining various reports, to properly manage the Training/QC departments. Building solid cross-functional relationships between the departments, as well as business partners.

Core responsibilities includes auditing calls and conduct training to identify opportunities with soft skills and language. Conducting feedback and coaching sessions on accents, MTI, grammar and soft skills for verbal and written communication and reviewing/observing training issues.

• Developed innovative marketing campaigns to increase engagement with target demographic and drive brand exposure.
• Produced contracts, reports, letters, and proposals for clients.
• Handled all customer relations issues pleasantly, enabling quick resolution and client satisfaction.
