ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare Production plan based on the order placed, Sales forecast, production capacity and material availability.

Ensures that orders are executed and delivered on time.

Ensure no line stop due to material shortage from previous process.

Monitor production output and coordinate with related departments to ensure on schedule Finished Goods delivery.

Supervise production team for achieving daily production target/ targeted efficiency.

Reprocessing the rejection material, ultimately leading to revenue maximization and closure of orders.

Materials (Raw materials and Packing Materials) requirement planning for the execution of present orders and future orders.

Maintain and Control Inventory.

Sending out progress reports to team members.

Risk management, prioritizing and Sequencing.

Reviewing and administering and alerting management about issues or problems that may hinder order completion.

Ensure Monthly and Yearly closing are done accurately and timely OTIF (On Time In Full).

• Handling Production Planning of 60 lacs/month

• Handled Production Planning of 40 lacs mtrs/Month

• Handled Production Planning for Composite textile unit

• Production and Planning Control for Twisting, Yarn Dyeing and Weaving
