- APP can also support CR/SR ticket types as well
- We did some new implementations like Tenant based, SOS etc
- Introduced the DWE (Dynamic Workflow Engine) for ticketing platforms
- Introduced the DWE rule engine like outlook rules
- Configure the Workflows using the DWE for each ticket type (Task/CR/SR/etc)
- Using the APP, customer can create the ticket for their Servers/Apps
- Backend driven forms in Frontend.
