· As a Network Engineer doing design and deploying Switches (9K) and Routers (1K & 9K) to provide intra and internet connectivity to Client office and DC building.

· Upgrade IOS version of network devices as per the Microsoft approved latest release version and Ensure there is no service impact during activity and confirm pre and post activity configuration.

· Perform troubleshooting if any network issue reported and capture logs and document for Future reference.

· Removing Stale configuration from EOL (3650 & 4506) devices and performing decommission and Remove IP range and DHCP scope from M&M server.

· Troubleshoot network issues and Identify root cause by analyzing pre and post logs and ensure service availability.

· Entire setup movement (which includes wan, lan, wireless) from one Microsoft Building to another.

· Performing decommission activity for a Microsoft site.

· Create a change request in Service Now and get proper approval before doing activity, Capture logs and get it QC completed.

• Deploying Microsoft Azure WAN DC infrastructure globally, covering APAC, EMEA and AMER regions.
• The change management process is being followed for the deployment activities.
• Coordinated with vendor TAC (Cisco, Arista and Juniper) to resolve any issues encountered during deployment phases.
