• Extracting data from different formats of documents into uniform format with the help of available tools, conducting quality check for key financial statements, CFFO break-ups, ensuring to process correct set of statements i.e Consolidated/Group/Parent etc
• Translating the documents of different European and Asian languages into English, checking the accuracy and legibility of the translated data that suits to the financial context prior to the conversion (quality check) process
• Outsourcing (OS) tasks (Sending non English files to Outside agencies for translating in to English, if per day capacity exceeds) are done on daily basis without any delays, which would help in controlling team Medians
• Bilingual Audits (cross check of non -translated words in the documents) are done on daily basis
• Auditing the OS BOX sheet (Sheet which contains complete details of OS data) and editing the required corrections
• OS planning will be done based on the Linguist capacity
• Monthly payable bills will be validated by reconciling with BOX sheet and final approval for payment will be given
• Highly efficient in prioritizing invoices with purchase orders, utilities, bills, expense reports, check requests, etc
• In order to process payments accurately and timely
• Budget Vs Actuals report will be prepared and sent to my Manager.
