SECURITY SYSTEMS:

• Coordination of manpower planning and their activities during the work process of maintenance
• Managing the technicians, operators and giving guidance in technical aspects
• Configuration, integration, Testing and commissioning of all installed CCTV and Access Control systems as per customer requirement
• Linking the CCTV and Access Control System with the SQL database to store the data (alarms, card holders, access level) in the Database Storage
• Installation of respective software for proper functioning of the system
• Coordinating with Client, Consultant and Project Management and for smooth execution of project
• Collaborated with vendors and suppliers to source hardware and software components, negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing
• Initializing Demo to the Customer and to Execute Training for all CCTV & Access Control Systems to the End User
• Handing over the project to the client with End User along with As Built Drawings, Software's and Spares
• Required to provide support and tasking direction to the project technicians and sub-contractors
• Include subcontract quality management, progress tracking and site engineering coordination and task management, and project planning for assigned activities.

ICT (INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY) SYSTEMS

● ICT Systems Administration: Experienced in administering Windows and Linux servers, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. Familiar with Active Directory, Group Policy, and server virtualization

● Database Management: Proficient in database implementation, and administration using SQL and NoSQL databases.

• To design and implement CCTV, Access Control, ELV and other BMS systems (Honeywell EBI, Siemens & Schneider)
• Testing & commissioning on site for CCTV, Access Control, ELV and other BMS systems
• Assure that the installations of assigned ELV related systems are following IFC drawings, required specifications and standards
• Carries out routine inspections for the jobs accomplished by Technicians and Service Partners
• Participate in the Third-Party Contractor Management process, and supervise the external contractors, and support the team for troubleshooting
• Submits weekly accurate timesheets for the operational staff
• Participate in the Health, Safety & Risk programs including the planned maintenance and Breakdown activities
• Ensures that both the quality and the quantity of the jobs are in line with Service Level Agreements/KPIs
• Produce and maintain accurate maintenance records of Equipment's work accomplished and other information using a computerized maintenance management system (IBM Maximo)
