• Team Overview: OMS (Output Management System) is a module under Utilities which comprises of various utility products like Control-D, IBM OnDemand on Mainframe and AS400.
• It provides archival solutions to various type documents formats like PDF, AFP, CSV, XML, Line Data etc.
• Promoted to Senior Consultant in Feb 2024.
• A unique feature in this team is of IBM OnDemand tool installed on Windows which requires PowerShell coding techniques and POD (Page On-Demand) which is an IIS services on Windows for Front end functionality for Control-D
• Few significant project deliveries include ERM (Enhanced Retention Management which is record level retention feature for IBM OnDemand) implementation, Control-D upgrade, HK Cash Payout 10K scheme, OnDemand upgrade to name few
• As part of team we deliver almost 100+ projects every year which is quite significant achievement proud to share.
• Recently delivered CMOD on-prem to AWS migration project called INM PDL which was a regulatory data localization program. Despite being complex, the project was completed within a record of eight months
• Work on Mainframe and AWS technologies at same time due to variety of projects and platforms where OnDemand and Control-D are installed.
• Learnt PowerShell to implement projects like Project Titania, HK 10K cash payout scheme etc
• Have to involve in project analysis and estimates i.e., project engagement and its financial approvals
• Propose solutions, participate in architecture level discussions of the product i.e., OnDemand and Control-D

• Team Overview: DMS (Document Management System) is a module under Utilities which comprises of various utility products like OT Exstream (Dialogue), IBM OnDemand, Captiva, ICCM, EDMS(EARS), XENOS Transformation etc.
• It is an interface to Credit or Debit Cards/Loan accounts which processes or maintains all the account receivables for a customer.
• Was part of Greenfield project which was a major U.S Bank Transformation program.
• Actual scope for DMS include Redesign of Statements & Advices process to use OT Exstream (Green technology) and demise CSF, develop or modify interfaces customers and account system to support HUB implementation
• Support Digital /GSP Adoption for US; Statement retrieval, Bank Mail notifications and OnDemand Reporting: Support reporting (New and Existing) for GBS, CRMS, and CIF to HUB Conversion implementation, etc
• Due to good Domain knowledge in Credit Cards/Statements/Letters functionality, I was involved in lot of design and architecture level discussions during JAD sessions of Greenfield
• Review requirements; prepare estimates and high-level design, timeline planning and progress tracking
• Work on the high-level design/low level design discussions that will identify algorithms and approaches which will further classify work into Dialogue or mainframe code so respective teams can work on them in parallel
• Technical coding involved in OT Exstream, Mainframe code, Linux scripts, IBM OnDemand setup etc.

Team : DMS - WIC

Key Deliveries:

• Print Operations in the Buffalo print center started outsourcing print and rendering service to an outside vendor - Micro Dynamics Group (MDG)
• Under this project, worked on migrating and outline the technical process for sending additional outputs to the outsource vendor
• Changes included creation of new Jobs, Procs, COBOL programs, CTC’s, DB2 table creation and updates etc
• For ChangeMan to Endevor migration project, HBNA Dialogue and OnDemand applications and mainframe components were migrated to use Endevor 15.1 version
• This included to work on almost 250 components (JCL, PROC, CTC, Programs, Copybooks etc.) running on ChangeMan to be migrated to Endevor version control tool
• Other projects include migration of Dialogue engine from MVS to LINUX which needed to demise existing process on MVS and create new scripts for Dialogue engine processing for Pass 1 and 2, NDM (Connect Direct) connectivity, Report generation etc.
• Worked on "The Dodd Frank Act" project which requires generation of both pre-sale notices and receipts for remittance transfer transactions
• These documents will need to be composed real-time on request of front-end systems
• This project was developed from the scratch and is the first of its kind for entire North America region to have output receipts get loaded to OnDemand via ODWEK (OnDemand real time connectivity process) API
• GWIS enhancements was for Dialogue to create new Letter templates and modify existing Letters with slight changes in reference files, output variables with corresponding changes in LINUX scripts
• Both DFA and GWIS enhancements were completely dialogue driven along with reports setup creation in OnDemand wherever applicable.

Team : Collection Tracking and Analysis (CTA)

Project Name: CRS CTA OH Upgrade and Production Support.

Key Deliveries:-

• One HSBC Programme: This is one of the biggest projects ever seen in the IT industry with close to 2 Million credit card customers being upgraded from HCS Salinas mainframe to GSS mainframe as part of One HSBC upgrade
• The client being HTSNA i.e., USA cards were running on Salinas (TSOSJ) mainframe previously with the entire profile of customers being divided into CS (Credit Services) and RS (Retail Services)
• As part of up gradation both the CS and RS must be brought into one domain or group naming it as CRS (Credit and Retail Services) under GSS (Group Standard Simplex present in Hong Kong) mainframe
• The OH Upgrade went Live on May 15th 2011 and then started the production support for the project
• Immediately after the implementation we were in 24* 7 supports for 2 weeks until the production batch was completely stable
• After the batch was stable the support timings were reduced to 12 * 7 which includes incident resolution and other support.
