- Performance monitoring: Third Party performance monitoring through KPI based on detailed Standard Operating Procedures
- Staff management: Lead and train staff, set clear objectives, monitor staff performance and make sure they are complying with all relevant laws and safety procedures
- Planning: Develop different contingency plans based on likely changes
- Budget: prepare a comprehensive Logistic Budget base on the input from different Dpt, monitoring costs comparing on a monthly basis actual vs last Bdg/Fct
