• Led weight optimization initiatives for Chassis in new production vehicle, achieving a 10.9% reduction while meeting safety requirements
• Designed machined and sheet metal structural components in chassis considering manufacturability, tolerance control, and assembly constraints.

• Contributed to end-to-end New Product Development from concept design to production release.
• Developed 3D models and detailed engineering drawings for mechanical components and assemblies with GD&T and Conducted tolerance stack-up for vehicle-level integration compliance.

Dynamics:

• Conducted articulation and arm kinematic studies, calculating force requirements for system-level validation.
• Applied DFMA principles to reduce part count and improve structural efficiency of mounting systems and load-bearing components.

• · Worked on the cooling system with the help of a Peltier, which helped to achieve -10°C, and tissue-picking probe design and automation.
