• Monitoring containers vessel operations with liebherr cranes.
• Monitoring Operational activities of Mechanized coal handling system consisting of Grab Ship Unloader Cranes, conveyor system.
• Involved in erection and commissioning activities of Stacker Re-claimer.
• Hands on experience in installation and maintenance of electric drives, motors, EOTs, Elevator, field sensors and safety devices etc.
• Involved in mechanical maintenance activities like rope replacement, gear box bearing changing, and lubrication of equipment's.
• Scheduling and handling of all preventive maintenance activities & emergency breakdown works of Ship unloader, liebherr cranes, spreader, restackers, forklifts and conveyor system.
• Attending breakdowns round the clock on emergency to avoid delays, troubleshooting and normalizing as per the operational clearance.
• Handling operations from Main control room of Mechanized coal handling (Conveyor) system includes Ship Unloader, Conveyors and Stacker Reclaimer.
• Proper co-ordination with Clients, contractor, and other department personal for smooth running of operational activities.
• Maintaining records like Inspection reports, Equipment drawings and planning papers for effective execution of the plant.
• Managing inventory levels of key spares, tools, and tackles for ensuring ready availability to meet breakdown maintenance needs.
• Implementing safety work procedures for maintenance works.
• Handling shift, shift schedule preparing and manpower allotting.
