Requirement Gathering about different application and business services of wold bank using Data Sheet like HTTPS, TCP entry points, App servers Web Logic Services Host names and Port numbers different app to app relations.
• Implementing ServiceMaps using Data Sheets by customizing existing OOB Discovery Patterns in extension and connection sections.
• Service mapping for Cloud Hosted Applications hosted on different cloud platforms like Azure, AWS and OCI using Tag based Mapping.
• Maintaining and Handling CMDB issues on WBG environment.
• Connecting with different Application SMEs for issues in Service mapping solving them and working with them to get sign off for the application Servicemap built from servicenow side.
• Running Discovery Schedules and maintaining dashboard for having watch on non discovered CIs in windows, Linux and Network Gear classes.
