- Project - 2 "Sai Life Science Lab - Hyderabad (Commercial)" Modeling of building - G+3(Sub-Structure and Superstructure) using precast concrete technology with built-up area 8116 sq.m. Sub structure of building is cast-in-situ strip footing with precast retaining wall. The structural system is a column-beam frame structure with shear walls and external Facade walls and steel truss. Overall framing with Prestressed Hollow core slab with CIS structural topping.
- Project - 3 "BDA EWS Housing - Ghatikia (Residential)" Modeling of EWS housing project under OUIDF/ CIDF SCHEME BDA with a built-up area of 24762.03 sq.m. 2 BHK houses S1+4 Pattern in 24 Blocks with pre-cast construction technology. Sub structure of building is precast/ cast-in-situ strip foundation with precast pedestal walls. Super structure of building structural wall-frame system. Floor deck is with precast reinforced solid slab with structural topping.
- Project - 4 "HPCL Substation 84 - Visakhapatnam (Commercial)" Modeling of SS 84 Building - G+4(Superstructure only) using precast concrete technology. The structural system is a column-beam frame structure with Internal partition walls and external Facade walls. Overall framing with Prestressed Hollow core slab with CIS structural topping.
- Project - 5 "HPCL Substation 85 - Visakhapatnam (Commercial)" Modeling of SS 85 Building - G+3(Superstructure only) using precast concrete technology.
