Role: FSGBU Insurance Infra-Ops Administrator (Cloud Enablement Team)
Responsibilities:

• Installation and Configuration of WebLogic, SOA, OSB, MFT Suites and Oracle Database for Different Environments.
• Installation and configuration of Oracle Identity and Access Manager Suite (IDM) for OIDX.
• Installation and Configuration OIDX Product for Development, QA and SCB Client Environments.
• Troubleshooting the issues in OIDX (Dev/QA) Environments and Monitoring Performance.
• Installation and configuration of OIDX AML Engine and OIDX LA Engine setups.
• Applying the Builds on OIDX (Dev/QA) Environments and Supporting QA Team.

• Applying Critical Patch Updates (CPU) on OIDX Environments.
• Involving in Meetings and Sessions with OIDX Dev Team for Future Enhancements.
• OIDX Build Automation and configuration through Jenkins.
• Maintaining JIRA ticket for each Task in OIDX Dev team as well as on Infra-Ops Teams.
• Developed Clustering and High Availability Environment for OIDX Development Team.
• Developed Fusion Middleware and Database Auto-startup scripts on all the environments.
• Involved in OIDX product Installation documentation and Build documentation.

• Configuration of Batch and SI servers based on the user installation manuals.
• Applying build patches on testing Environments and informing issues to development teams.
• Updating the Changes released for the Bug fixes on Batch server from SVN.
• Resolving and Troubleshooting the Environmental issues and testing issues as 24/7 support.
• Reporting the daily Monitored and Resolved issues to OFSS management.
