SI Constellation-It is a web-based application developed to help organizations manage and track investigation cases in an easier and more organized way. It allows users to create, assign, and monitor different types of cases, such as fraud, compliance issues, audits, and legal matters.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzed business requirements and functional specifications to fully understand application behavior and testing scope.
• Designed and executed detailed test scenarios and test cases for both web and mobile applications.
• Performed smoke, functional, regression, and system testing to validate end-to-end product quality.
• Logged, tracked, and prioritized defects in Jira, collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Participated in daily Scrum ceremonies and provided clear, concise QA status updates to the QA Lead and stakeholders.
• Prepared and maintained QA documentation, including Test Summary Reports, Defect Reports, and the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Coordinated across teams to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensured timely, high-quality releases.

FTFCU-First Tech Federal Credit Unit

AOCRM (PEGA CS Dashboard): The main Objective of this project is to enable the customers of First Tech Federal Credit Union Bank to create Accounts, activate and update details. It consists of two modules to handle Account opening and CS dashboard functionalities through Avoka and PEGA respectively.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewed business requirements and user stories to define test scope and identify gaps.
• Designed and executed test scenarios and test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Performed smoke, functional, regression, integration, and system testing across multiple environments.
• Logged and tracked defects using Jira and collaborated with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Participated in Agile ceremonies and provided clear QA status updates to stakeholders.
• Prepared and maintained Test Summary Reports, Defect Reports, and RTM documentation.
• Supported UAT activities and ensured smooth, high-quality releases.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewed requirements to understand what needs to be tested.

• Providing Loan details to customer about the tenure ROI, principle, Outstanding etc.
• Retaining the customers by explaining the product features, better services & best ROI.
• Explain details to customer about swapping to PDC’s, ECS & SI.
• Retention is the major role which leading in Axis Bank Ltd, by reducing ROI, accepting Part payment and convincing the customers to retain with us.
• Maintaining 100% customer request, tagging in CRM and customer request tracker.
• Handling admin related queries and responsible for processing bills.
