• O&M portfolio: 1.5 GW solar plants handling all over India.
• Work with Management Teams- innovation and sharing ideas to achieve organization goals, i.e., Problem solving, Training & Communication.
• Works with QHSE Management team & Site teams of all projects & O&M sites professionals of AyanaPower employees at projects & O&M sites on a day-to-day basis, reporting to the MR and QHSE Head (Sr. VP).
• Ensure that Integrated Management System is established, implemented, and maintained in accordance with company policies and relevant standards by which the system is certified.
• Supported in regionally established QHSE departments and is also involved in development and embedding of corporate vision and values.
• Engaged with compliance to Investor (CDC, NIIF, NSC) & its Third-Party Audits.
• Completing ESDD / ESIA reviewing for projects & O&M and implementing at site by conducting internal audits to track ESMP compliance and closing action in identified time.
• Raising own ambition aspiration with the commitment to meet global QHSE requirements & CSR and ensuring global best practices are incorporated in AyanaPower ESG Management system.
• Successfully raised idea of Training center for Community Development as a part of CSR activity by providing PV Solar Installation program course incorporation with external service provider and monitoring in best results for community youth development job opportunities and fully equipped Ambulance donation to local Hospital (Trust).
• Involving in contract's preparation and ensuring contractors comply & implement during project execution and O&M.
• Ensure that the Projects and O&M plant meets ISO 45001-2018, ISO 14001:2015 ISO 9001:2015 requirements, IFC Performance standards, ESG and Sustainability Development Goals.
• Social development work in compliance with AyanaPower CDP Policy, Ensuring ESIA / ESDD are conducted in a timely manner to support business target and supporting finance team for financial closure.
• Ensure Internal ESDD is conducted for 100% site and key risks are identified to ensure there are no unknown adverse financial impacts on the project.
• Ensuring deep commitments, regardless of the circumstances in compliance with AyanaPower Policy.
• Zero Reportable Incidents, Zero irreversible environmental damage. Ensuring QHSE Management system are effectively implemented.
• Coordinating and fulfilling AyanaPower and its SPV’s in compliance for ISO certification & surveillance audits.
• Ensuring the task is suitably scoped and awarded to meet requirements with optimal cost.
• Identify opportunities to improve QHSE performance with optimized cost. Techno commercials to be arranged for AyanaPower operations (Projects / O&M) by identification of potential risk, and recommending and implementing effective QHSE Management system by Audits/ Training/ Engineering controls etc.
• Work location is Head Office based & Site Auditing on monthly.

Project handled: Bikaner-1 of 300 MWp PV Solar plant, 400kV/ 33kV Substation, 400kV Transmission Line

• Developing and ensuring to implement ISO 45001-2018, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015 requirements and IFC Performance standards at site.
• Overseeing as PMC HSE Manager for EPC Siemens Gamesa as client HSE Management representative.
• Engaged with compliance to Investor (CDC, NIIF, NSC) & its Third-Party ESG Audits.

Project handled: 165MWp of 3 Projects Construction, Commissioning & Hand overing to O&M at Benban Solar Park- Aswan, Egypt.

• Developing Integrated Management System, Establishing and Implementation as per OHSAS 18001: 2007, ISO 14001:2015 ISO 9001:2015 requirements and IFC Performance Standards
• Responsible for overseeing as EPC HSSE & S Manager, performance by sub- contractor's organization & examine project activities to establish where improvements can be made and ensure compliance with HSE legislation and European Bank for Reconstruction & Development at project
• Handled EBRD & World Bank Audits with Best HSSE & S Performance in the Benban Solar Park.

Project Handled: 135MWp PV Solar plant, single project involved in proposed Solar Power Plant

• Overseeing as an EPC Assistant HSE Manager for the Project Construction & Commissioning.

Project Handled: All items for required services for supply of labor's, materials necessary tools & equipment for ground restoration and repair of asphalt & concrete structure roadway at MARAFIQ Facilities (Power & Water complex, Wastewater Dept., T&D, and Other Industrial & Residential areas) in Yanbu Industrial City & Royal Commission.

Projects Handled: Civil Constructions Projects, Electro-Mechanical Projects, Multi Stored Buildings & Road Construction, Operation and Maintenance Projects, Erection of Scaffolding, Installation & Maintenance of electrical underground cables, Installation of floodlights, Fire Fighting system.
