  • Responsible for the equipment and automation in the Ingot-Wafer factory of the solar value chain.
  • Developed design basis for the factory capacity planning, performed Technical Due Diligence, Total Cost of Ownership analysis and Technical Bid Evaluation with the supplier data for the management to make equipment procurement decisions.
  • Lead the factory acceptance tests of process equipment and automation tools at the supplier factories located in China and site acceptance tests.
  • Lead the group on developing factory process discrete-event models for performing line balancing, estimating OEE, identifying bottlenecks and planning resources for the photovoltaic Cell and Ingot-Wafer factories.
