Project : Shield advisor is a foundational service delivery platform that will enable more effective, consistent and personalized customer interactions across channels. With relevant customer information and insights available in one place, Shield advisor will provide a 360-degree view of our customers. It is a multi-year investment to implement the PEGA Infinity Customer Service for Healthcare Platform (CSHC) and the PEGA-TZ IDX Adapter. It is typically a Call Center application where Shield Advisor Professional accepts the call and creates Call Interaction. Shield Advisor Professional views member details in Member360 and creates intent cases to serve Member's needs and wraps up interaction at the end of call.

Responsibilities:

• Worked on implementing several functionalities within the application.
• Designed and developed of Data Model, Class structure, Organizations structure, Process flow, Activities, Flow actions, Decision Rules, UI properties, Rule sets and version.
• Created Operators, Workgroups, Workbaskets, skills.
• Implemented workflows part of day-to-day business operations, the workflows is crucial to success of the system, especially considering the PEGA guardrails.
• Worked On CPMHC Framework.
• Worked extensively on Intent tasks, Interaction Drivers and CPMHC Portals.
• Worked on developing Activities, Flow actions, Sections, Harness, Decision rules, Flows etc in PRPC Working on the User Interfaces for development of screens.
• Integrated PRPC with external database and Web services using Connector and Service Rules.

Project : ACDA Application built on 7.2 and got migrated to 8.5, which is used to handle the Medical Equipment's for the different type of customers like dealers, Hospitals, Extended care or home, will take the Details of the Requirement based on the Categories of the Customers like wound details etc. Also, if needed the Customers can opt for caregiver and few more services are being offered. Advantage Centre Application is a E to E process from Order Intake to Delivery. It is a Online delivery service. where user can place a order for medical products.

Responsibilities :

• Implemented Agile / Scrum Methodology and participated in development & conversion of business requirements into Rally stories.
• Worked on the version PEGA 8.4
• Worked with the Business Leads, and Business Analysts to define business requirements and developing them.
• Integrated with external systems to retrieve or send data using Connect SQL.
• Worked on PRPC User Interface development, Sections, Harnesses, Flow Actions developing web-based UI's.
• Coded various PRPC activities, data transforms, flows, flow actions, assignments, declarative rules.
• Followed PEGA Guardrails in implementation of the application.
• Implementation of Declarative Processing features like Expressions, OnChange etc and Decision Rules like Decision Table, Decision Tree, Map Values.
• Performed unit, integration and user acceptance testing.
• Great experience in debugging application using PEGA Tracer tool, Clipboard, performance testing using PAL tool.

Project : Co-Pay Relief (CPR) provides direct financial assistance to qualified patients, assisting them with prescription drug co-payments their insurance requires relative to their diagnosis. CPR call counselors work directly with the patient as well as with the provider of care to obtain necessary medical, insurance and income information to advance the application in an expeditious manner. Upon approval, payments are made.

Also, this application integrates with external application PDMI, Experian to automate the claim processing and Audit the patients for approval. It also integrated with Content Management System for storing the documents of the patients.

Responsibilities :

• Involved in various phases of software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Used Jira for project tracking and updating the user stories.
• Design & Development of the Business Process Management(BPM) components which includes PRPC Flows, Business Rules for application flow.
• Design and development of Harness rules, Section rules and Layouts.
• Involved in development of Activities, Data transforms, Functions and User Interface (UI) Rules.
• Implementation of Decision tables, Decision Maps and Declarative expressions.
• Implemented Connect SQL to interact with the external systems.
• Used Tracer, Clipboard, Performance Tool, System Management application, and the log files for debugging
• Involved in Bug fixes and Unit testing.
