Searching candidates by using the Job boards Nakuri, Indeed, Monster, Pharmiweb, Talentnow Connect, internal database, and networks to identify all candidates within the relevant part of the industry.
Facilitate weekly/Bi-Weekly meetings with the hiring managers, internal and external stakeholders and do review hiring and sourcing strategies.
• Achievement of assigned metrics & delivery of quality placements for DOCS clients and candidates.
• Establish project plan and set timelines for dedicated assignment, in line with client requirements and in consultation with direct / functional manager, in such way that project steps and accountabilities are clear and expectations regarding project can
be communicated and fine-tuned with client.
• Identify, search and select candidates, by utilising databases, gathering names from own network or by headhunting candidates and assess candidates by interviewing, inline with characteristics as defined in Job order, to be able to make best match between candidate, job, staffing need and client organisation.
• Introduce candidates to internal or external client organisation, arrange interviews, keep candidates and clients up-to-date about process and outcomes, as well as counsel and coach client organisation and candidates during this process, in order to be optimally informed about process and to be able to ensure
positive outcome.
• Coordinate process of offering and negotiating between selected candidate and client organisation, as well as coach candidate through resignation process, in line with legal requirements, aimed at securing placement.
• Ensure smooth handover of new CPC to Operations Manager is conducted
• Ensure all documentation is updated as per DOCS Guidelines.
• Document all relevant market, client, candidate and contract data in database, in accordance with internal guidelines and legal requirements, in such way that relevant information is correct and available at all times.
• Develop and maintain network of candidates, as well as excellent relationships with dedicated clients, in collaboration with direct / functional manager & business development, in order to expand and maintain database and support acquisition of new candidates, clients and assignments.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including Business Development, Operation Managers, Human Resource Department to ensure smooth placements of candidates with client.
