NPD Projects:

• Designed and Tested Fly back Converter for 36V to 72V Input Range to 12-24V Output for Low Power Applications.
• Designed and validated the LCD Driver PCB and enhanced the 24-volt main supply PCB with an encoder and push button feature for Push-pull torch applications.
• Developed expertise in designing and troubleshooting LDO (Low Drop-Out) regulators(LM2937), and linear voltage regulators (LM317),
• Developed expertise in troubleshooting Hot swap voltage controllers(TPS2491) and Adjustable precision shunt regulators (TL431).
• Designed and tested closed-loop control systems for DC-DC converters, ensuring stable operation and reliable performance under varying load conditions as a Team.
• Collaborated with a cross-functional team to diagnose and resolve EMI/EMC issues, actively contributing to the identification of root causes and the implementation of effective solutions.

Product Care:

• Extensive experience in diagnosing and resolving field failure issues related to power boards, control boards, and Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS).
• Designed and Implemented Pre-charge Control to solve customer issues.
• Successfully implemented the Analog-to-digital remote solution to adjust various parameters like voltage and current within the stipulated timeline,
• Expertise in finding and testing Obsolete Power electronics components such as Uc(STM32G070 series), MOSFETs, IGBTs, MOV, and diodes,
• Collaborating with external vendors on sample procurement and ordering lab tools and test equipment
• Developed and implemented cost-saving strategies by designing and producing various adapter cables, resulting in a substantial reduction in expenses as team.
