• Preparation of master material indent for civil, interior, and structural work, based on the BOQ and drawings, for project execution.
• Studying the BOQ specification, along with GFC drawings, for the actual claim.
• Subcontractor billing, COP preparation, quantity verification, and certification for payment.
• Client billing, preparation of measurement of the executed quantity for client bill submission, and certification.
• Non-tender item BOQ preparation and submission to the client, with proper backups, along with rate analysis for approval.
• Overall project reconciliation should be done in which all expenditures related to direct and indirect costs are covered.
• Material Tracking Report: BOQ Qty vs. PO Qty vs. Billed Qty.
• Preparation of the cash flow tracking report.

• Cross-checking and validating site-specific BOQ for civil and interior works as per site conditions, GFC drawing.
• Validating and certifying civil and interior works, RA and final bills of vendors by cross-checking with GFC and BOQ descriptions, along with all necessary backup documents.
• Preparing the BOQ, budgeting, and BOM.
• Technical support (Design queries) of the South Region team in civil and interior execution.
• Validating and approving extra quantities and additional work, taking concurrence from the ZH and NHQ design team.
• SDR, site-specific BOQ, and FDS tracker maintenance (South Zone - 5 states).
• Coordinating and handling more than 30 different format retail fit-out projects, from 300 sqft to 25,000 sqft.
• Training will be conducted for the entire site execution team on a weekly basis to avoid execution mistakes, SSB, and FDS validation errors.
• Physical visits to the site for billing auditing on a weekly basis are only for prime stores.
• Preparation of a change scope note for additional work as per site conditions, and taking approval from the NHQ design, PM team, and EPC head to avoid unnecessary deviations in the budget.

• Ensuring transformation and standardization of OYO's properties in the hub, ensuring that projects are completed with strict adherence to time, quality, and costs.

• Preparation of Interim Payment Application for Preliminaries of the Project
