- Joined the Nutanix Central team at the proof-of-concept stage and helped build the cloud SaaS offering of Nutanix Central from scratch, taking it from POC → Early Access → GA ; became one of the primary owners of the service and the go-to person for system behaviour, design decisions, and production debugging across teams.
- Implemented workflows to onboard thousands of on-prem clusters per customer into Nutanix Central, enabling monitoring and control from a single cloud control plane while enforcing strict security standards and tenant-level isolation.
- Designed and executed domain-onboarding workflows that utilise multiple tunnel providers with mTLS authentication, added support for portfolio apps integrated into Nutanix Central, built a prefetch framework to cache data from domains/clusters, and delivered other scale-focused optimizations.
- Owned key features of the on-prem offering , adapting the cloud architecture to customer-managed environments via Helm charts while preserving security, upgradeability, and a consistent user experience; helped take the on-prem product from Early Access to GA.

- Optimized the DB layer to cache the operations and flush them in batches to reduce network calls to the DB, saving a lot of time.
