- We are providing business loans and personal loans through a digital lending platform where we have a customer journey platform that allows customers to initiate the loan request and process the loan request with required documents like PAN, ITR documents, and GST documents.
- Otherwise, we have a grid journey where the RM will initiate and process the loan request on behalf of the customer via customer-provided documents.
- By using a digital lending platform, we are collecting customer and their related party information to check loan eligibility, and we will conduct background verification through an online channel, then initiate the loan sanction process.
- We are using many APIs for background verification, which are integrated into our platform.
- Like PAN, NSDL API, Company by GSTIN, MCA by CIN, MCA by Company, CIBIL - Consumer & Commercial, Negative List - RAMP Service Call, GST SWARA API, Professional Service Check API, and Perfios for Bank Statement Analysis.
