Responsibilities:

• Engaging in proactive issue resolution by addressing Jira tickets, implementing comprehensive bug fixes, and enhancing overall system stability and user satisfaction.

• Updating the OME and SME details in UOC. Sending the SME details to vendors like DG, AC, PP, BB.

• Updating the PPT for Weekly Basis for Customer Meeting.
• Accurate MIS Reporting in Timely Manner.
