  • Project Details: British Telecom is one of the world’s leading communications services companies. It is multinational telecommunications holding company headquartered in London, England. It has operations in around 180 countries and is the largest provider of fixed-line, broadband and mobile services in the UK, and also provides subscription television and IT services. We are responsible for the operations on maintaining the servers, Bridges and queues at ESB RoBT ASG and are Line1 support for the incidents related ESB.
  • Roles & Responsibilities: Ticket Management
  • Receiving of tickets and analyzing.
  • Discussion with Respective teams about the tickets.
  • In case of hot fixes, we will install those fixes immediately in respective environments.
  • Sever Management
  • Performing maintenance activities for projects and system upgrades and configurations.
  • Ensuring high availability Platform.
  • Installing new releases in IOT and Production Environments.
  • Testing the installed release fixed by Dev team.
  • Monitoring the servers by scheduling the crontab.
