Project-1: Electronic Data Transfer (EDT) Service for Syniverse
Role: Providing and supporting the EDT service for Syniverse, a company that routes billions of text messages and other data for wireless carriers and operators worldwide.
Service Function: Acts as a generic gateway for all Syniverse non-direct application data transfers, using FTP, SFTP, and NDM protocols to send and receive files from various sources and destinations.
Team: consists of 15 members working in a Linux/Unix environment 24/7, with Oracle 11g database and various tools such as SecureCRT, Putty, SQL Developer, BMC Remedy, and Netcool.
Project-2: ACCWEB/DATANET
ACCWEB (Accessibility Web): A web-based online reporting tool that enables users/customers to connect to ACCESS and view reports using a web browser. Reports can be viewed online and downloaded in various formats (RTF/Excel/HTML). Daily reports are retained for six months and settlement reports for two years.
DataNet: Responsible for ensuring GSM operators comply with the GSM Near Real Time Roaming Data Exchange (NRTRDE) mandate to enhance fraud protection capabilities. Managed the near real-time exchange of call records, allowing operators to track roaming activity in a timely manner.
