• Erection and commissioning of equipment, followed by plant trial runs meeting targeted performance/ quality & quantity parameters and thereafter handing over of the plant.

• Preparing Material Indent as per the requirement, finalizing vendors for supply of material.
• Preparation of material indents as per Project requirement, raising material Inspection call letters & getting approvals for the same.
• Coordinating with Client, Site staff, sub-contractors, vendors for the successful completion of project.
• Guiding site staff with respect to mobilization of labour, Material indenting and erection works for speedy execution of project.
