Production & Material Planning

• Preparing monthly Rolling Production Plan (RPP) from the raw forecast and executing MRP (Material Requirement Planning) in SAP

Supply Chain Analysis (MIS)

• Analyzing the forecast & sales data to accurately meet demand and emergency orders

• Preparing & Analyzing the KPI’s of each individual/team in Sales & Operations dept

Supply Chain Improvements

• Maintaining/updating excel based tools (RPP tool, BOM tool, TCS norms calculator, Backend Metrics & Frontend Metrics) created by Accenture IT team to monitor supply chain variances
• Creating new reports and issued to Head of Operations & Planning Manager as and when needed
• Developed new template for NPD’s and Re-launches which helps the concern product manager to plan for smooth transition which also helps to minimize the leftover old stocks and manage inventory
• Stock analysis being done every month to monitor the movement of stocks Maintaining & updating of Material Master, MRP related Master, Customer Master and various other masters related to supply chain operations.

• Work with RS Net which is a web-based application targeting at providing an e-bridge between the client

• Monitoring CRS (Continuous Replenishment System)-sales side of the product cycle and buy side of the supply chain
