Service Delivery

• Chair regular Operations Meeting to oversee Quality of Service (availability, responsiveness, and right-first time)
• Enhanced customer satisfaction by resolving disputes promptly, maintaining open lines of communication, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

• Manage the life cycle of incident and minimize their adverse impact on business operations
• Ensuring incidents are followed up and solve appropriately.
• Implementing the changes as part incident resolution as required.
• Ensuring the installation of Windows patches on the servers and mitigating vulnerabilities which were detecting by security team.
• Conducting Disaster recovery tests for Globally managed MES PAS-X sites.

Project Delivery

• Played a key role in deploying Koeber PAS-X MES version 3.3.2 on Kubernetes, enabling containerized, scalable, and resilient MES architecture across manufacturing environments.
• Installed and configured PAS-X MES components—including database, application, background process, and client servers—based on site-specific architecture and compliance requirements.
• Executed planned patch installations and deployed hotfixes to maintain system stability, performance, and regulatory alignment.
• Supported end-to-end MES operations including service configurations, printer setups, master data management, and Master Batch Record (MBR) preparation.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams including IT, QA, and automation engineers to ensure seamless MES delivery aligned with GMP, GAMP5, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 standards.

• Joined for Werum MES process (PAS-X) as L2 Support Analyst (Global system administrator) for Novartis Pharma global projects. (GMT 2.1(3.1.7), GMT 3.0(3.1.8) and Atlas Werum PAS-X system)
• Ensuring services are delivered as per agreed SLA and identifying, logging, categorize and prioritize, resolving incidents and raise a problem if required.
• Ensuring incidents are followed up and solve appropriately.
• Manage the life cycle of incident and minimize their adverse impact on business operations
• Oversee problem management and drive identification of root causes as well as sufficient prevention of occurrences.
• Followed the ITIL process for support
• Implementing the changes as part incident resolution as required.
• Performing the User access review, change management review and audit trail review as per schedule.

• Responsible for maintenance the entire MES system through its lifecycle and the associated peripherals used
• Configuration and Master Data Parameterization (Equipment Management, User management, Rights management, Control Data and Terminal Management, Printing/Reporting, Profiles, Production Units, Equipment types, Specific Equipment’s, Calibration Instructions, WMS Master Data)
• State diagram management based on the site requirement (State, activities)
• Installation of PAS|x client on standalone.
• Deep knowledge in Integration of Shop Floor Weighing Scales with PAS|X and
• Deep knowledge in installation of printers and its services
• Application support of PAS-X 3.0.9 and 3.1.8 (Troubleshooting of any PAS|X issues in the shop floor).
• Training the team or preparation of MBR, GMBR, PVL, defining parameters and PMBR.
• Understand SAP system and interface scenarios between SAP and MES systems
• Knowledge on installation of PAS-X Database, Application & Client set up on different servers likely data base server, application server and back ground process server as per site architecture.
• Knowledge on installation of hotfixes.
• Responsible for designing of MBR’s in the PAS|X (Werum) for all types of production i.e experiment, exhibit, intended, validation and commercial batches and designing of cleaning worksheets.
• Responsible for review the MPRs & MBRs before execution.
• Responsible for trouble shooting while execution eBRs.
• Responsible for providing functional guidance to users working on the application.
