Responsibilities:
•Handled rollouts for Asia Pacific (Thailand. India, Indonesia, and the Philippines; African countries (Egypt, Ghana, and Nigeria).
•Reviewed and analyzed Business Requirements and Business Processes and mapped them with SAP With the help of my project lead
•Configured Chart of Accounts, parallel ledgers (New GL accounting), Foreign currency revaluation, Cash journal etc., Chart of Depreciation, Depreciation Keys, methods of depreciation with some other asset accounting configuration

•Responsible for detailed problem determination of issues.
•Problem determination includes re-creating the issues, determining the point of failure and identifying the problem resolution.
•If the resolution is a major development or configuration fix, provide the necessary change detail.
•Co-ordination of problem tickets with other resources (functional as well as technical) to ensure that the tickets are resolved within the stipulated time
•Responsible for making changes, migrating them, completing the ticket and communicating the change to the higher-level support person, who can then resolve and close the call.
