• Testing various infotainment features such as Bluetooth connectivity, USB media playback, radio functionality, voice recognition, smartphone integration (Apple CarPlay, Android Auto), and navigation systems. Conducting functional testing to ensure seamless operation of infotainment features across different vehicle models and configurations. Evaluating user interfaces (UI) and user experience (UX) to ensure they are intuitive, user-friendly, and compliant with industry standards and regulations. Verifying the integration of infotainment systems with other in-vehicle components, such as audio systems, climate control, and vehicle settings. Testing multimedia playback capabilities, including audio streaming, video playback, and compatibility with various media formats. Performing compatibility testing with external devices such as smartphones, tablets, and portable media players to ensure seamless connectivity and interoperability.
  Validating the performance of voice recognition systems and natural language processing (NLP) algorithms for hands-free operation. Conducting stress testing and performance testing to assess the robustness and reliability of infotainment systems under different usage scenarios and environmental conditions.
  Collaborating with software developers, system engineers, and designers to identify and resolve issues related to infotainment functionality and performance. Participating in the development of test plans, test cases, and test procedures for infotainment testing, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and adherence to project timelines.

Project-2 Cadillac CT6 - ADAS

• Testing and validation of ADAS features such as adaptive cruise control (ACC), lane departure warning (LDW) and automatic emergency braking (AEB). Conducting functional testing to ensure the proper operation of ADAS sensors, including radar, cameras, and ultrasonic sensors. Performing scenario-based testing to evaluate ADAS performance in various driving conditions, such as highway driving, urban environments, and adverse weather conditions. Validating the integration of ADAS systems with other vehicle components, including the engine control unit (ECU), braking system, and steering system. Verifying the accuracy and reliability of ADAS algorithms through rigorous testing and analysis of sensor data. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including software developers, system engineers, and validation engineers, to identify and resolve issues related to ADAS functionality. Participating in the development of test plans, test cases, and test procedures for ADAS testing, ensuring comprehensive test coverage. Utilizing specialized testing tools and equipment, such as hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulators, vehicle test platforms, and diagnostic tools, to conduct ADAS testing. Analyzing test results and generating reports to document the performance of ADAS features and identify areas for improvement. Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in ADAS technology to enhance testing methodologies and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Project-3 Maruti Jimny ev - Cluster

• Testing and validating cluster features such as speedometer, tachometer, fuel gauge, temperature gauge, odometer, and trip meter. Conducting functional testing to ensure accurate display and operation of cluster indicators and warning lights for various vehicle conditions (e.g., low fuel, seatbelt warning, check engine).
  Evaluating the integration of cluster systems with other vehicle components, including infotainment systems, navigation systems, and driver assistance systems. Verifying the functionality of driver information displays, including navigation prompts, vehicle status information, and multimedia information. Testing the responsiveness and accuracy of user inputs through steering wheel controls, stalk switches, and instrument panel buttons.
  Performing compatibility testing with vehicle sensors and actuators to ensure proper communication and data exchange between cluster systems and vehicle subsystems. Validating the performance of communication protocols such as CAN for cluster data transmission and synchronization. Conducting usability testing to assess the user interface design, readability, and intuitiveness of cluster displays and controls. Collaborating with software developers, hardware engineers, and system integrators to identify and resolve issues related to cluster functionality and performance. Participating in the creation of test plans, test cases, and test procedures for cluster testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage of cluster features and adherence to project deadlines.
