• Oracle to SAP S/4 Hana Migration.

• Monitoring the jobs. Involved in 24/7 production support, mostly maintaining the configuration and fixing issues in production.
• Collaborating with the GPO team to get the vendor change request and do the implementation.
• Coordinating with the Concur global support team to raise concerns about the vendor change request.
• Maintain quality of tasks performed as agreed with business team.
• Maintaining process trackers for query resolution and frequent emails/calls to the GPO team to reduce the discrepancy and thereby maintain client satisfaction.
