Project 1: SAP MES Implementation for Automotive Manufacturing Industry

The aim of this project was to implement MES and integrating it to ERP through MEINT for multiple plants.

Roles and Contributions:

• Developed multiple UI using OpenUI5 and BLS for logic development having PAPIs and BAPIs and other available action blocks as part of a solution implementation.
• Configured MEINT Workflow for SAP ME - SAP ECC integration.
• Performed XSLT Transformation on Incoming IDOCs for customizing data fields and mapping them to MES.
• Configuration of complete Master Data utilizing standard production and maintenance activities like material maintenance, BOM maintenance, resource maintenance, etc.
• End to end testing of provided solution implementation
• Production Support for occurrence of issues in implementations and providing required resolutions.

Achievements : Got recognition in Project GBS All hands meet for innovation sector for developing common platform for monitoring errors of all plants.

Project 2: SAP MII Implementation for Petro- Chemical Manufacturing Industry

The aim of this project was to implement manufacturing operational dashboard for multiple plants for integrating shop floor systems with SAP MII.

Roles and Contributions:

• Developed several dashboards which provides real-time view of production processes and helps to take quick decisions at production facilities including.
• Developed multiple plant specific daily production reports using SAPUI5 view and controller Developed transactions having MDO queries and different logic blocks
• Configured schedulers for dashboards.
