• ·Responsible for maintaining positive customer relations by addressing problems head-on and implementing successful corrective actions during various stages of project execution.
• Reviewed the Overall Solutions from a Technical Point of view and recommend suggestions to Proposal/Sales team.
• Knowledge of Drawings and documents related to Instrumentation and controls system.- like P&IDs,wiring diagrams,ISA datasheets, control narratives, logic diagrams, HMI,panel schematics and JB drawings, feedback loops and system optimization.
• Exposure to various communication protocols like, MODBUS, OPC, IEC 61850, HART, PROFIBUS etc.
• Development of project-specific software solutions for closed and open loop controls.
• Lead the design of LAN networks/Communication Architectures and configuration of industrial ethernet switches/routers and satellite clocks.
• Assist site activities relevant to the installation and commissioning of the control system.

• Engineered, Commissioned DCS System for 1*27 MW CPP at DALMIYA CEMENT, Karnataka.
• Engineered, Commissioned DCS System for 160 MW COAL BASED TPP at OPG UNIT IV PROJECT, Tamil Nadu.
• Engineered, Commissioned DCS System for PELLET3 & PGP3 Plants at SMEL, Sambalpur, Odisha
• Commissioned DCS System for PELLET 3 Plant at SMEL, Jamuria, West Bengal.
• Commissioned DCS System for ELECTRICAL CONTROL SYSTEM PROJECT FOR IREP, MSBP & PDPP PLANTS AT BPCL REFINERY, Kochi.
• Commissioned DCS System for 1*30 MW CPP at BHARATHI CEMENT, Karnataka.

• During this Period, I was deputed at Emerson Process Management for assisting Emerson team in various projects.
• Trained operations and other technical personnel on the concepts and use of control strategies.
• Perform the responsibilities of developing control system implementation procedures as well as installing and testing the control systems.
• Performed the responsibilities of preparing graphics for control systems to meet the system requirements.
• Assigned the responsibilities of providing support to the engineering department in the manufacturing process.
• Responsible for minimizing the industrial machine effects on the environment by designing standard control strategies.
