· Maintaining MIS Reports on Pantry consumable, Stationery, Client Visit Report, MMR, Monthly Highlights, Vendor head count, Compliance Audit, etc.
· Assisting to the work of the Facility Manager pertaining to procurement of stationery, first aid, Pantry consumables, toiletries consumables, order and maintain general office supplies, facilities day-to-day operations, arranges for internal and External office moves etc.
· Booking of Conference Rooms outside / within the Company.
· Taking care of housekeeping along with attendance and monthly billing.
· Procuring housekeeping materials for monthly basis.
· Hotel Booking for Training Program, Induction, Interview drive, etc.
· Organizing Client visit from India & Foreign Countries.
· Order food and refreshment for Clients & internal conference meet.
· Preparing and checking of Gate pass and work permits.
· Taking Care of entire Invoices / bills related to soft services.
· Taking care of other requirement in office such as Steward, Office boys, Housekeeping boys, etc.
