• Atos India has developed analytics solution for Indian Oil retail business unit on Amazon Cloud Platform to deliver Lead and reports generated through Data processing and analytics solution to IOC stakeholders, We were covering over 24K retail outlets.
• I have been involved in project initial phase and develop analytics solution was closely working with CTO, Solution Architects, ETL, Data Science, Visualization, Analytics Team and Solution Providers, Vendors to build solution to project delivery.
• Managing Amazon Cloud platform for IOCL analytics project with below responsibilities
• CSP (Cloud Service Provider) account management for Atos India local business unit for Microsoft Azure and Amazon Cloud (Partner Center)
• Cost control efforts by relaying on Saving Plans, RI instances, Reservations, various available instance types on cloud platform based on utilization and application requirements.
• Used Amazon Saving plan module for reservation of EC2 instance and recommendation.
• Capacity planning for current workload, projection of cost and comparison with different reservation and different cost saving models
• Change Management- planning change in PROD infrastructure, services, UAT environments and implementation of changes.
• Problem Management- Identify root cause of incident and complete investigation and implement solution to avoid further Incidents
• Work closely with all project stakeholders for continuous improvement, service delivery for organization goals
• VAPT audit of Amazon Analytics cloud platform from Government of India Cert-IN certified vendor.

• Participate in CAB & Problem management meetings with the customer to discuss & describe the Changes and approval.

Worked as FMS engineer for Atos India Private Limited to manage and support 4500 Users, Assets, Desktops, Servers, Data Center Support etc.
