- UNICEF YuWaaH Job Centre Project- The project was designed to address the problem statement the youth of India despite access to education are not ready to find and crack jobs & companies complain of severe attrition, talent shortage even when unemployment in India is at record high levels.
- IndusInd Bank Sales Assessment Project- Responsible for identification of Psychometricians'- meetings & discussion and part of the core team responsible for design and development of question banks.
