• Perform routine and non-routine tasks during C-check, modifications, daily, and weekly checks, including Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins, using aircraft maintenance manuals, component maintenance manuals, and standard practices.
• Remove and install various cabin components, such as lavatories, galleys, seats, ceiling panels, side walls, floorboards, partitions, cabin attendant seats, stowage bins, overhead bins, sliding windows, doghouses, textile flooring, and non-textile flooring.
• Perform inspection and rectification of cabin defect findings.
• Ensure that all maintenance requirements necessary to ensure airworthiness of the aircraft have been accomplished.
• Maintain an orderly and clean working area and observe all safety measures.
• Keep detailed records of inspections performed, repairs finished, maintenance procedures, and ordered parts.
• Utilize tools and equipment for repair and maintenance according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Complete all tasks within allotted time frames and to the quality standards of the company.
• Perform cabin reconfiguration, including adding seats for capacity and configuring first class, business class, and economy class sections.
• Check reassembled components for operating efficiency and general condition, rectifying defects or malfunctions recorded by the flight crew.
• Perform special requests for aircraft defects raised by the Aircraft Appearance Department.
