Conduct basic screening and assessments to understand their educational and behavioral requirements.

Prepare and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for each child based on their specific needs.
Set achievable learning goals and monitor progress regularly.

Classroom Support
Help subject teachers adapt lessons for children with special needs.
Provide one-to-one or small group teaching when needed.
Modify teaching materials (large print, tactile aids, visual charts, etc.).

Inclusive Education

Record Keeping & Documentation
Maintain detailed records of assessment, IEPs, progress reports, and attendance of CWSN.
Prepare reports for school authorities and government audits (such as Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan reports).

Training & Awareness
Conduct workshops for teachers and parents about disability awareness and inclusive practices.
