• Performed Full Vehicle CFD Analysis of 70 CAR models and train a Reduced Order Model over the CAE data to develop a surrogate model.

• Performed CFD Analysis of Centrifugal Pump.

Meshing :

• Develop 2D & 3D meshes using Fluent Mesher and Workbench Mesher.
• Used ANSA for mesh morphing, geometry cleanup and creating solver decks.

• Python scripting for data pre processing and data post processing.
• Create macros and journals and modify them to automate tasks.
• Used VBA for automating task in SolidWorks
• Used python to automate Abaqus.

Communication:

• Provide training and technical support for optimization software modeFRONTIER to various customers in CAE domain.
• Traveled and talk to customers regarding their problems.

• Performed CFD & FEA analysis for benchmark 2-way Fluid Structure Interaction(FSI) problems involving flexible lightweight structures varying different properties to improve understanding of system coupling framework in Ansys.

Worked on Two Projects :

• Battery Thermal Management System using Nanofluids for EV: CFD analysis of battery pack used in EVs to analyze thermal characteristics of nanofluid coolant using multiphase modules in Ansys Fluent
• Feature on Wing Flap to Enhance Aerodynamic Efficiency : CFD analysis of subsonic aircraft wing to find out optimum orientation of feature on wing flap to maximize aerodynamic efficiency.
