• Dashboard Creation and Analytics: Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide business teams with critical insights, helping them monitor key metrics, track performance, and make data-driven decisions. This includes visualizing ticket volumes, task aging, and other relevant metrics to enhance operational transparency.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Regression Testing to ensure application functionality aligns with business requirements before deployment, ensuring stability and reliability.
• Cross-team Collaboration: Collaborate with Business teams to identify and troubleshoot tool-related issues, working closely with Development teams to ensure timely solutions. Utilize Agile methodologies and Jira for tracking and managing issues effectively.
• Production Tool Support: Support a suite of business-critical tools, including Power Apps, Alfresco, JBPM, Salesforce, Documentum, and Ncino, to maintain operational continuity and address user needs promptly.
• User Access Management: Create and manage Active Directory (AD) groups to control and grant access to new tools, ensuring secure and efficient access management.
• WorkSmart Tools Support: Provide specialized support for WorkSmart tools (QC, ATC, Attestation, and ECN), all built using Power Apps, to facilitate seamless use by business teams.
• Documentation: Develop comprehensive operation run books as user guides, helping business users optimize tool functionality and enable self-service.
• Continuous Improvement: Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance tool functionality, reduce downtime, and improve the overall user experience through ongoing improvements.

CLIENT ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE TEAM

• Coordinate Client Account Maintenance (CAM) processes, including client on-boarding and SSI setup for Securities clients.
• Manage workflow requests from Sales, Settlements, and Facilitation teams within SLAs.
• Configure WIRE and SWIFT payment instructions and perform SSI setup and maintenance.
• Identify process improvements in BAU operations and delegate tasks to downstream partners.
• Collaborate with Client Data teams to uphold data integrity and manage client data requests.
• Provide reporting and business insights to senior leadership

• SAP TOOL (remove billing blocks, create sales orders)
• Email support for customer queries and partner queries
• Presenting calls directly with partners updating weekly status on Financial Claims and reasons for the delay
• Interacting with customers online regarding their issues

• Using the Salesforce tool to raise queries and solve partner disputes
