Work Experience

1. Human Resources Information Systems – HRIS

  • Monthly & Annually Performance appraisal management
  • Part of payroll process (payroll sheet with all details, LOP, leave tracker, deductions, shift & transport allowance, reimbursements etc.)
  • Day to Day routine activity such as tracking of employee attendance and time in–time out through Biometric system and generation of periodical shift reports
  • Digitization of maintaining employee records and data

2. Recruitment

  • Handling a HR recruitment Team
  • End to End Recruitment - Screening, preliminary interview, selection, recruitment, confirmation, appointment letter, joining formalities, HR induction program, promotion, exit interview and termination procedures
  • Sourcing of profiles from database, employee referrals, consultants, web portals (Naukri, Monster), social network (LinkedIn) & institute hiring
  • Create and modify job description, job specification for every role based on the inputs from department heads

3. Joining Formalities, On Boarding, Offer & Induction

  • Preparing checklists and providing Identity-cards. Employee Id creation, Bank account opening, Insurance inclusion etc.
  • Making arrangements for induction to the newly recruited employees and making them familiar with company's culture and activities
  • Reference checks and cross-verification of candidate's profile (Background Verifications)

4. Training & Development

  • Scheduling and arranging training while coordinating with external trainers and training programs
  • Encouraging participation of employees in various organizational events

5.HR Administration

  • Compilation and processing of attendance data in attendance system
  • Processing monthly attendance muster for employees, trainees & officers
  • Maintaining employees' personal files and records, communicating HR policies across the organization at all levels
  • Tracking attendance, maintaining leave records, issue letters, etc.
  • Preparation of experience letters, relieving letters
  • Keeping track of confirmation, appraisals and increments of employees
  • Monthly bills substantiating and processing them to accounts department

6. Employee Engagement

  • Event Management: Festivals, birthdays, monthly events, long service award, corporate events, etc.
  • Developing employee engagement programs like sending welcome email, handing over welcome kit, etc. to all new joiners

7. Immigration and Travel

  • Visa Arrangements: Contacting agencies for required documents, arranging company supporting documents, coordinating embassy appointment
  • Travel Itinerary: Booking travel tickets for the employee travel, arrange travel card and cash
  • Travel Insurance: Coordinate with insurance agents to arrange appropriate travel insurance
  • Employees Travel Settlements: Calculate travel expense, settle employee's expense against the company's travel expense policy
  • Daily Transport Coordination: Arrange employee's daily commute
