Handling a HR recruitment Team
End to End Recruitment - Screening, preliminary interview, selection, recruitment, confirmation, appointment letter, joining formalities, HR induction program, promotion, exit interview and termination procedures

Visa Arrangements: Contacting agencies for required documents, arranging company supporting documents, coordinating embassy appointment
Travel Itinerary: Booking travel tickets for the employee travel, arrange travel card and cash
Travel Insurance: Coordinate with insurance agents to arrange appropriate travel insurance
Employees Travel Settlements: Calculate travel expense, settle employee's expense against the company's travel expense policy
Daily Transport Coordination: Arrange employee's daily commute
