  • This involves setting up the new client onboard with ADP based on their requirements.
  • Updating the client header information related to State income tax and State unemployment insurance taxes, and sending a confirmation via email.
  • This involves dealing with client-sensitive data, such as tax rates, frequencies, and their identification numbers.
  • In effort to maintain the client profiles accurately and to match the federal agency systems ADP will be processing the Federal exchanges to obtain client’s frequency and disbursements methods
  • In some cases, data included such as applied-for ID updates, ID to ID updates, Jurisdiction Legal Name changes and error messages identifying potential issues
  • Tax Profile Management is responsible for verifying the accuracy of transmissions processed

Individual Contribution:

  • Preparing daily production dashboards and publishing to team.
  • Assigning the daily volume to the team.
  • Handled two new projects as a pilot member.
  • I have been cross-trained on multiple processes and have worked on critical issues that are escalated by the business representatives, and I have been the PMS topper in the team every month.
  • I was moved to auditing or quality check to make sure the business is not affected by any external errors. I also played a role of giving floor support to provide guidance to new folks.
