Program Development and Design :

Coordination and Implementation :

Budgeting and Travel:

  • Plan and forecast training (including training materials and stationery) budget for all business units for every quarter and track budget consumption
  • Create and raise purchase order for every training with relevant documents from trainer under relevant budget codes.
  • Create travel plan and tax documents, custom clearance documents for training materials and trainers to be submitted in SEZ campus gate.

Assessment and Evaluation :

  • Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Implement improvements based on evaluation results to enhance quality and relevance of training.

Participant Support and Engagement :

  • Provide support and guidance to trainees, addressing any concerns or challenges may encounter.

Freshers Administration:

  • Acting as a first point of contact for freshers during training period (3-6 months)
