• Managed network monitoring, optimization, and audits, and led site acceptance processes across multiple European telecom operators (SFR-France, TDC-Denmark, Telia-Sweden,TIM-Brazil,VF-Germany).
  Focused on ensuring seamless network performance and providing strategic solutions for network enhancement.

Project Experience:

SFR-France (December 2016 – May 2020)

• Optimized 3G network performance by monitoring KPIs and identifying cluster-level degradations.
• Performed neighbor optimization tasks, including neighbor addition/deletion and PSC audits, as well as alarm and downtime monitoring.
• Successfully completed the contract with a high-performance rating.
  Tools used: Nokia NetAct.

TDC-Denmark (June 2020 – March 2021)

• Supported network optimization and equipment swap from Huawei to Ericsson, enhancing network resilience and service quality.
  Conducted interference analysis at site level, providing targeted optimization recommendations.
  Created and maintained detailed dashboards to track daily progress at cluster-level and monitor alarm & downtime statistics.
• Part of site-level acceptance team, performing continuous 48-hour KPI monitoring and generating reports to secure approvals for 500 sites post-equipment swap.
  Tools used: Ericsson ITK, BO Tool ENM.

TIM-Brazil (April 2021 – May 2021)

Contributed to the preparation of key technical documentation to support site setup and configuration:

• CDD (Cell Design Data): Developed comprehensive documentation for field technicians, detailing initial configuration parameters for each site.
• TSSR (Technical Site Survey Report): Compiled reports containing physical site details, including antenna height, azimuth, and field survey photos, to ensure accurate site installations.

Vodafone-Germany (July 2021 – August 2021)

• Conducted 4G Data Call Log Analysis to diagnose and resolve network issues, enhancing performance at both cell and site levels.
• Utilized tools such as Google Earth and Wireshark to analyze call logs, identify problem areas, and recommend solutions to improve network reliability.
  

Telia-Sweden (September 2021 – Present)

• Led a team for site acceptance and network audit during Nokia-to-Ericsson equipment swap.
• Acted as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for site-level acceptance, performing continuous 48-hour KPI monitoring and generating reports to secure approvals for 1,200 sites following the Nokia-to-Ericsson swap.
• Directed network audit efforts, conducting parameter audit checks against customer-provided baselines and coordinating with the respective teams to clear discrepancies if any from the audit to enhance site performance.
  Tools used: Ericsson ITK, BO Tool ENM.
• Delivered comprehensive training sessions for junior project members on the use of various tools in the project boosting overall proficiency levels and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
