- Inspect, Install and checking clearance of stator vanes and stator broach ring in compressor casing
- Checking clearance of inner seal housing to blade tip clearance in IGV, compressor rotor blade tip clearance and static seal clearance in compressor vane casing
- Dismantle, inspect and install transition piece, sleeve liner, cross fire tube, main burner, pilot burner and flexible hose with Fuel header
- Inspect and Install the elevation block, liner in Turbine blade ring rows and also checking clearances
- Performing of checking Turbine blade tip clearances and stator vane clearance
- Dismantle, inspect and install Journal bearing, thrust bearing with tilting pad and checking all clearances
- Performing of Laser alignment, rim and double face alignment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Trouble Shooting, Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Overhaul and Commissioning on complete spectrum of Rotating Equipments including Gas Turbines, Pumps ranging from small dosing to High Pressure Multistage centrifugal pumps, Reciprocating and Centrifugal Gas Compressor, Steam Turbine, Gearbox, fan&blower
- Obtain valid work permit, JSA, analyse risk assessment, isolation procedures, LOTO system, organize tools, spares and completes the maintenance work as assigned
- Capability to perform Mechanical Maintenance and Commissioning activities as per instructions
- Coordinates closely with operation & inspection to ensure equipment is retained in a functional & good operating condition.
- Responsible for managing the correct installation, inspection, maintenance and repair of all mechanical and instrumentation, ensuring all work undertaken to the highest standards and within required timescales.
- Performing Vibration Analyses & RCA (Bore scope) for all rotating equipments
- Ensures clearances and tolerances are within acceptable limit using precision measuring instruments including Micrometer, Vernier Caliper, Dial Indicator, Bore Gauge, Feeler Gauge and Master level.
- Identifies requirements for consumable supplies, tools and equipment to aid the efficient and effective offshore operation.
- Performing of hydrostatic test, seal set pressure, pump performance, solo run test, MRT, flushing & DP test of all Rotary equipments
- Performs major equipment overhauls and participates in shutdown/turnaround works.
