• We are performing all 4 C’s of mortgage process (Capital, Collateral, Credit and Compliance).We are
Performing post-closing for the Conventional Loans and Non-Qm loans.We closely follow underwriting guidelines from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
• In Compliance part we will check the Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures which was provided by lender which outlined your mortgage terms and provided an estimate of your costs and actually scheduled to pay, both on your closing day and for your monthly payments.
• Also we do all type of income calculations like Salaried, Self-Employment etc based after closing to check is there any changes happens in DTI ratio or not as per the recent income documents received after closing.
• We will be preparing reports and findings and input the accurate information in the platform called Scienna also we will be review and specifying the loan conditions as necessary.
• Worked in separate team for Quality Check of the loans and mark defects for the reviewers and signing off the loan.
• Also handling team of 8 members is a separate process of Conditional Clearing and cleanup process. Where we will be clearing the conditions created on credit and compliance part with the provided documents and cleanup work in Scienna on the data entered before signing off the loan to the client.client.
