• Failure analyze and repairing Assembly line and Testing.

• Find the root cause of the failures and provide online feedback to assembly line to avoid repeat failures.

• Provide CAPA for the failure to minimizing the MFR (MANUFACTURING FAIL RATE) and scrap control

• Implement Kaizen and improvement activities in production line to reduce manufacturing time and cost and reduce the failure rate.

• Performed rework on through-hole assemblies.

• Exposure to multiple repair platforms requiring advanced soldering and the use of soldering equipment.

•Maintains all the report of service on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis.
