• Ensure defects are identified, reported, prioritized and managed to resolution
• Performing peer review of all the test artifacts created by other team members
• Receptive to feedback and improve upon it

Project Objective

• IRIS is a hotel reservation system which includes various brands. IRIS provides various features to Agent while doing reservation. IRIS is an application used by IHG agent for making hotel booking while directly interacting with customer via calls and chat.

Responsibilities

• Thorough understanding of existing application architecture and behavior of all IHG modules.

• Creation of all test artifacts ensuring complete coverage.

• Preparing and Execution of manual test cases

• Reviewing test basis and Defect management.
